True, I just realized that the wording can be confusing (killswitch
on/wireless off).

If the wireless is disabled at boot by the killswitch, it can't be enabled at 
all. 
If the wireless is enabled at boot, the killswitch works normally and you can 
disable/enable the wireless until you shut down.
