I believe this attitude will only serve to slow the progress of getting
information about bugs reported, and make this tool NOT user friendly...

I believe that people who do not know how to "fudge" a report, or who
just don't want to do something like this unless it's very straight
forward, which this is not, will shy away from this process.

I agree though, that a person should do what he/she can to get this
information, if at all possible.

Instead of ignoring this, let's see if we can fix it.

A page that gave you the option to use a generic report option, along
with a request to try and use the tools mentioned at
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ReportingBugs, with a warning that a
generic report will be less likely to have success because it is
generic, would be something I would implement.

In any case, I hope that you understand, I mean no disrespect to anyone from 
this community.
I just see this as a serious problem, and would like it to recieve the 
attention I believe it needs.
