The cpu_scaling_test is lengthy by its nature; further, this depends on the fwts utility, so it's not properly speaking a checkbox problem.
However, I notice the test has been removed from the default checkbox whitelist, so I'll mark the bug Fix Released. The test now only runs if it's explicitly specified in a whitelist (such as the certification testing list), in that case, well, you're explicitly requesting it so you kinda have to live with the length of the test. ** Changed in: checkbox (Ubuntu) Status: Confirmed => Fix Released -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/553583 Title: Checkbox cpu_scaling_test takes around 30 minutes To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/checkbox/+bug/553583/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
