@Brian, As far as I can remember, I haven't done any theme changes, and I'm having the same glitch on more than one computer. Again, it's not that "Security updates" is completely lost, it's just that you have to scroll up to see it.
Isn't the screenshot I attached giving you any hint here? If not, come back with more detailed instructions of how I can find out what you need to know.
