Rather than calling xman with parameters for MANPATH everytime, just add the following lines to /etc/profile
MANPATH=/usr/share/man:/usr/man export MANPATH Once the profile file runs, you will be able to run xman in the normal way. There are two ways to achieve that. Either log out once and then log in again, Or run the following command : #source /etc/profile -- Xman can't find manual pages https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/107548 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
