Same problem in 10.04 LTS -Lucid Lynx with lftp version 4.3.6. After entering in
# lftp -u usern...@abc.com,password ftp.server.com then at lftp cmd prompt: lftp> ls Get: ls: Fatal error: Certificate verification: Not Trusted. Using a backslash to escape @ sign gives same result. Finally a: lftp> set ssl:verify-certificate no worked....although it did not work at first, but when I told the remote admin of the ftp server of the error message, later it started working. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/881671 Title: Can't login ftp with username that contains @ symbol To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/lftp/+bug/881671/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
