Hmm, good catch. though on Ubuntu they're always both installed so it's
not a big deal.

I'm marking the bug won't fix, not because it wasn't an issue but
because as of 12.10, netbase won't be providing the
/etc/init.d/networking init script anymore, so there won't actually be
any reason for netbase to depend on ifupdown.
