I recently had to change my ISP due to some reasons, and now I can't reproduce this bug. Still for information-
My older ISP was Reliance Communications India (for which I could reproduce this bug) and I am unable to reproduce this with Bharti Airtel Broadband. My router still remains the same, Asus RT-N16 with DD-WRT v24-sp2 (12/20/11) mega.
