1. The gcc bug is now fixed: http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=53599 (but probably not yet in Quantal) 2. @Ben: 12.04 has been released already and is unlikely to get a new upstream release. You would have to use a PPA or something similar. Kubuntu might provide the update via its PPAs anyway.
That being said, I am just in the process of grabbing the source from Rohan's PPA (where the build logs are referring to) and will upload it to my PPA, effectively backporting it for Ubuntu Precise (it might show up here then: https://launchpad.net/~blueyed/+archive/ppa). ** Bug watch added: GCC Bugzilla #53599 http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=53599 -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1009943 Title: Please update digikam to 2.6.0 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/digikam/+bug/1009943/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
