Public bug reported:

I have installed Onboard on a non-touch laptop, so when I use it, I click the
virtual keyboard with my mouse. In particular, Onboard shows up when I try to
enter my password when my screen is locked (Ctrl+Alt+L or wait 10 minutes).
This does not work. I am able to enter my password correctly by typing my
physical keyboard but not by clicking on Onboard.

Notice the following : my keyboard layout is Bépo (French Dvorak-method
layout) and my password contains special characters as "." or "é".
