Well, the error has recurred today. This time, the PJL codes appeared in the middle of the document being printed. Copy of error_log is attached (edited to only include the entries since I rebooted).
Then, as I was writing this, the printer suddenly started up again, and reprinted the page (correclty) that previously had the error on it. Unfortunately, while I'm happy to continue testing, I am no longer confident that I can reproduce the error on request, so it may be difficult to confirm when it is fixed. ** Attachment added: "error_log" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/cups/+bug/1000253/+attachment/3196855/+files/error_log -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1000253 Title: Brother HL-1440 printing extra page with PJL codes To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/cups/+bug/1000253/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
