@Joshua: try to verify that the pre-shared key is correctly entered. Try
to reboot the access-point, or verify that the pre-shared key is also
what it should be on there. This is a different issue though; it may
well be worth filing a separate bug about it.

Diane: thanks for testing the SSL_OP_NO_TICKET patch; that's already a
great help and possible fix.

I noticed issues connecting to a local university network recently as
well; I'll try to reproduce it this week, see if I'm able to connect,
and if not apply the patch and check how much it helps. Then we can
provide that patch as SRU.
