Ubuntu 12.04, light-themes 0.1.9.1-0ubuntu1 I also see this happening with the Nautilus breadcrumbs. It happens with the gedit toolbar buttons as well. If I open a new instance or "play" with the buttons the theme sometimes gets fixed.
