I have a GeForce 440 MX, it uses driver -96 and worked perfectly with the Xorg that comes with 12.04. 2:1.11.4-0ubuntu10.2. However, I installed the latest -96 driver from NVIDIA site: NVIDIA- Linux-x86-96.43.20-pkg1.run
