Public bug reported:
Quantal 12.10 using kernel 3.4.0-5.11. System locks up completely with
only a hard shutdown optional. Magic sysrq/REISUB and ssh not working.
The bug is still present in the upstream kernel, and has been present
since kernel 3.0. Have not been able to get a dump since everything is
locked up. Caught part of the trace in syslog before crash.
