I fixed the probleme using sudo instead of login as root: sudo apt-get remove --purge virtualbox-dkms virtualbox-ose-dkms nvidia-current-updates nvidia-settings-updates sudo apt-get install virtualbox-dkms virtualbox-ose-dkms nvidia-current-updates nvidia-settings-updates
