OH GOSH! I just read your apport information again, I missed have missed
the fact that your CPU architecture is AMD64 and Bandwidthd:i386 is a
i386 package. What this means is you have the wrong .Deb. So, delete
bandwidthd.deb and try installing through Synaptic.
