Comment after the bot's warning: There were "no update-notifier-common" package on Launchpad. It says: "update-notifier (The binary 'update- notifier-common' is part of the update-notifier package)." On the other hand, there's no "update-notifier" package installed on ubuntu EC2 instance. That was one of the reasons I didn't file the bug against it. Anyway, I'm going to try to include "update-notifier" as well.
