So, I just update the BIOS Update to the Version 1.17, thanks for the hint ;) ,
and now it works! :)
Ubuntu 64-Bit boots without any Problems and it seems, that all Functions are
working.
But i think i have one little Bug detected. If i want to restart Ubuntu,
it hangs bevor Ubuntu should shut down.
