This is actual for i386 and amd64 distribution using hd-media initrd.
Bag is in hd-media initrd. First of all, if there are more than 10
images, after iso-scan 10 of them assigned to /dev/loop0-9.

The other mistake is "modprobe loop" in /var/lib/dpkg/info/iso-
scan.postinst. This not need for using kernel, this feature is compiled
in kernel. If I open with Alt+F2 the first console, the partition I need
already mounted in /hd-media. So the command "mount /hd-media/dir
/ubuntu-server.iso /cdrom -t iso9660 -o loop" work good. But script
/var/lib/dpkg/info/iso-scan.postinst exit with code 1, and don't ask me,
what iso it would select and mount.
