I entirely restored my machine and I tried lethe, http://sourceforge.net/projects/lethe/
lethe is very similar to fsprotect. I got the same problem. More than that, Firefox crashes also when you want to write one URL or clicking to a link. I wanted to put here the error in English and I changed my system from Catalan to English. And surprise... When the system runs in English Firefox doesn't crash. The error I got is: process 2300: arguments to dbus_server_get_data() were incorrect, assertion "server != NULL" failed in file ../../dbus/dbus-server.c line 1164. This is normally a bug in some application using the D-Bus library. process 2300: arguments to dbus_server_set_data() were incorrect, assertion "server != NULL" failed in file ../../dbus/dbus-server.c line 1128. This is normally a bug in some application using the D-Bus library. ** (firefox:2300): ERROR **: Not enough memory to set up DBusServer for use with GLib Trampa de traçat/punt d’aturada (bolcat de la imatge del nucli) I will try to reproduce a new time the problem with fsprotect. I'm (quit) sure I'll get the same error than using lethe.
