I applied modal dialogs fix some time ago and thought that problem is
fixed, but today I got freeze again:

Jun 3 10:30:37 justvovus-pc acpid: client 1338[0:0] has disconnected
Jun 3 10:30:37 justvovus-pc acpid: client connected from 1338[0:0]
Jun 3 10:30:37 justvovus-pc acpid: 1 client rule loaded
Jun 3 10:30:37 justvovus-pc kernel: [ 4789.569057] [drm:drm_mode_getfb]
*ERROR* invalid framebuffer id

DISPLAY=":0.0" gnome-shell from F1 console leded only to repeating of this four
strings in syslog.
I made desktop to response to let me save data only by:
1. ps aux | grep gnome-shell
2. kill -9 %id of /usr/bin/gnome-shell%
3. DISPLAY=":0.0" mate-wm --replace &
(I don't know what is exactly mate-wm, I relied on intuition, because I didn't
found simply "mate" file and I needed to save my data in opened windows)
gnome-shell panel disappeared, but open windows became responsible (but slower
a little bit) and loss of data escaped.
