Public bug reported:

Qtstalker is supposed to be a financial management program.

It may be, but the information states that the documentation is in the
file QTstalker.doc. This file is not in the repository. It is
unconscionable to make an application available without the
documentation. Can this be fixed.

THIS IS NOT AN OPERATIONAL BUG. It is a failure to think bug.
