how come you're using Bolivia as your regulatory domain?

Danilo, could you run:
sudo udevadm monitor --environment kernel
in one window, and:
sudo iw reg set HK
in another and see whether this generates some events?

I was getting frequent disconnects this afternoon, realized that I was
still using the wrong regulatory domain and ran the above "iw" command;
it seems stable since but perhaps I'm lucky.
