Public bug reported:

I'm using Ubuntu 12.04, with lubuntu-core installed.

Sometimes, the Dropbox icon and Network icon show up at the wrong place:
they are a whole lot more on the left side than they should be. Often,
one or more white squares turn up in the space between. I can't exactly
say when this happens.
