My particular affected keyboard/mouse is labeled Dell. It's a "Y-RAQ- DEL2" model . In actuality, the guts are Logitech, you can even read the logo on the PCB through the semi-transparent case of the dongle.

MX1000 Bluetooth Laser Mouse Bus 003 Device 004: ID 046d:c70a Logitech, Inc. MX5000 Cordless Desktop The dongle does have a button, a blue one. I have not tried to unpair they keyboard/mouse from the dongle, since I didn't get any real documentation with it, and am not sure I could get them re-paired. Unlike a Logitech packaged MX5000, the keyboard doesn't have an LCD. It does start in HID mode, and the button suggests that I could switch it to HCI, but I doubt that I would ever be using this in HCI mode: first, I'm not certain how to pair it, and second, I'd need to switch back if I needed to do anything with the CMOS or grub. As is, it works 6 months at a time with Linux. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/123920 Title: Bluetooth Logitech Dinovo Keyboard/Mouse don't work To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/bluez-utils-old/+bug/123920/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
