So the cgroup-lite package's /usr/bin/cgroup-mount explicitly checks for 'cgroup' in /etc/fstab, and avoids a double mount; but cgroup-bin does not. Nevertheless, I'm not able to reproduce this bug with the cgroup- bin package installed either.
