Hi Natalia - yes, the browser refresh was one of those temporary options that stuck. The plan was to have the client handle the UI straight after the purchase was initiated - bug 622732 - initially with the client polling sca via an API, but ultimately removing the need to poll at all (plenty of ways to do that these days). If you've got other ideas, please add them to the bug. Thanks for the fix here!
