I mean during the Dapper pre-release, any segfault was caught and the
Launchpad crash reporter would pop up. That doesn't happen anymore,
applications simply just explode and disappear without you even noticing
most of the time. For me, DD was crashing in an installation script.
Now, you wouldn't even notice - the installation would have to pick up
on it.
