This issue still seems to exist somewhat in the version of Rhythmbox in precise. I have options for FLAC, but I cannot edit settings for any of the options that I have to encode in. I'm re-opening temporarily to see if this still needs to be addressed. Please feel free to close if it is invalid, or If I should open a new report.
