I still have the same issue. What I failed to indicate (sorry for that) is that the source document is a MS Office Word document. If you would also like to receive the source document, can you please indicate how I can sent this to you (it is work related and therefore I rather not have it posted as an attachment) Find attached a sample of the export result.
