Public bug reported:

Since 12.04, when I get a report of a Ubuntu crash, I often get the
report in a window that is of the minimal size, and unresizable (see
screen dump, where I have had 4 crash reports), thus making it
impossible to read the report (or do anything else).

[Sorry if this is not a bug in apport, but I didn't know how to discover
the name of the program doing it]
