Thank you for reporting this bug to make Ubuntu better. What you are
referring to is the global menu bar integration for libreoffice. Due to
lack of time, it was not possible to integrate global menu support for
libreoffice since it currently has some issues. This is however targeted
for Ubuntu 12.10. You can read more at
