I''v a build in BLuetooth chip. So the lsusb command isn't the right one I think, because a build in Bluetooth chip isn't a usb device. But maybe I'm wrong.
I did your steps, there was no difference between the two outputs. And hcitool dev and scan gave the same output: no devices. When I press the bluetooth button it doesn't light up. The wireless button does, so I think that my bluetooth chip is off line. I've checked my bios, but there is noting about my bluetooth. So I think that the solution is to turn on the bluetooth chip, but the problem is: how? thanks Ralf for you help so far. -- No Bluetooth device found https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/119904 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
