Can confirm this bug for acer Timeline x 3820 TG. There was a workaround for bluetooth in 11.04, but it does not work in 12.04 anymore. I have tried DSDT table fix, firmware downgrade, acer_wmi blacklist - nothing works - bluetooth stays disabled.
