The machine is not a powerhouse by today's standards - Intel(R)
Pentium(R) D CPU 2.80GHz and load average will rise to slightly over 2.0
when running videos at near full screen. Stretched to near full screen,
a few frames are dropped occasionally but when fullscreen is selected,
performance is dreadful. Is there something about full screen that is
different from near full screen?
