Public bug reported:
When you hover the pointer over the right border of the launcher, next
to an icon, an arrow with the icon's name keeps appearing and
disappearing at maximum speed. This process uses 100% of a single core.
The problem only occurs on the right border, and when the pointer's
height is within the arrow's upper and lower limits.
