I investigated some more time in this problem and saw, that when I start with "nomodeset" and "fb=false" and running pm-suspend from terminal my pc was ready to go into standby... also problem was wakeup.. there I left with a black screen.
because of this I installed nvidia binary driver and there I am also ready to go into deep sleep (S3), but again I get a black screen. Switch to a other Terminal (ALT+F1) not working, but i see disc activity... only hold power key is possible.
