I have the same issue. It gets to the point with the 3.0.0 kernel that
the sky2 module crashes. I have to rmmod sky2, and modprobe sky2 over
and over to get it to reset.

However, if I set the boot option irqpoll, it still produces the above output, 
but at least it doesn't completely fail.
