I had this issue on Oneiric as well, but could live with it, as I could just go out of full screen, move the window, and go ful screen again to fix the problem. Howeever in Precise, there might be a related problem, in that when I go out of full screen now, and make it go into full screen again, it kinda goes into full screen, but in a window. In a way, it seems like it's trying to go into fullscreen accross both monitors, but fails, and is banished into a windows. Generally this happens if the connection is not initiated with full screen. Clicking the full screen button in the window produce this behaviour.
