Thanks to Pedro Bento, it worked. *BUT* I found out that there was already a 
file named
intel-5300-iwlagn-disable11n.conf that had the option to disable N !!! where it 
is coming from ?

What happened:

0. Still on Ubuntu 10.10, Thinkpad W510.
1. New router, with N capabilities.
2. Can connect to G network, not N (Password doesnt seems to work)
3. Windows 7 can do it on that machine ;-(
4. Searched forums...
5. Found this bug !
