The same issue for me (logout instead shutdown in indicator-session) using Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (amd64) with latest updates on asus zenbook ux21e. Additional information: - no autologin option in lightdm.conf - no rabbitmq-server package installed so provided fixes above is useless for me. Also no any extra installed software - such behavior is right out-of-the-box practically.
