No, it's not, since this appears to be mostly dependent on a newer
kernel version that is not yet being shipped by Ubuntu anyway.

Unless you can confirm you get these messages in dmesg or syslog on the
currently shipped kernel version in Precise?

There's additional issues possibly introduced by this patch, the routes
appear to be at least slightly incorrect since IIRC wired should always
have a lower metric than wireless.
