Installing lo-menubar gives partial integration with LibreOffice
component apps (like Writer, Calc, etc). However, launching the
LibreOffice app itself (which sort of binds all the components together)
still doesn't respect lo-menubar settings and still no HUD integration.

Would've been nice to do proper integration of LibreOffice by having it
use appmenu, though taking a look at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DesktopExperienceTeam/ApplicationMenu reveals
that it's not going to be trivial engineering to do such.
