This seems to be a problem with the medibuntu repositories and with the
PPA not providing packages for precise, so I am setting this to Invalid,
as this is not the fault of software-properties. Feel free to reopen if
you disagree, but as the repositories do not provide any packages for
the OS version you are running, displaying the error messages on apt-get
update seems the right thing to do.
