Public bug reported: I am running Kubuntu Fiesty (on top of an Ubuntu install).
I also added the Kubuntu KDE 3.5.7 repo recently, upgraded. Now I removed the repo but I don't believe the apps have "downgraded." When in KDE and my uptime for the computer is over about a day I start to get seg faults (with core dumps) when trying to start Totem, EasyTag, VLC, Firefox, and some gnome apps (I think all the ones I try to load). The only error message given when these apps are in run in the Konsole is Segmentation Fault, core dumped. ** Affects: Ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: Unconfirmed -- Totem and other gnome apps seg fault in KDE https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/120137 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
