Public bug reported:
The Ambiance theme should have black pull down menus.
In Ubuntu 12.04 with Gnome 3.4 the Ambiance theme does not have the black menus
but the menus are gray.
In Nautilus they are black. In all other programs as Thunderbird, Firefox,
LibreOffice, Gimp, etc. the menus are gray.
