After upgrading to 12.04 my webcam disappeared and I had the forever stream "hub 1-1:1.0: unable to enumerate USB device on port 2 [ 90.943843] usb 1-1.2: new high-speed USB device number ** using ehci_hcd" Rebooting with the old 11.10 kernel my webcam was back. The strange (to me) happens after rebooting again with 12.04, webcam is recognized and work again with cheese and skype.
