Updating from Maverick to Oneric, atftpd installation gave errors,
continued to receive prompts about continuing or cancelling because of
this line in /etc/inetd.conf:

#:BOOT: TFTP service is provided primarily for booting.  Most sites
#       run this only on machines acting as "boot servers."
