After quick testing this against another 2 other PCs I noticed that the problem is related to having a second video card. anytime I run the LiveCD / LiveUSB, if the motherboard has an integrated card it would select the integrated one over the Nvidia one. So I could only see the monitor until a couple of seconds after booting the LiveCD / LiveUSB and then nothing would show up. The only way I found to make it show was disconnecting and then connecting the VGA or HDMI cable (Tested both).
